K.I.C.K.S. Anti-Bullying program is currently available to Maine elementary schools at no cost to the schools with funding provided through grants and private donations as well as fundraising efforts by Phoenix No Limits Karate. Your support helps us to continue to bring this unique, multi-faceted program to our schools.

Women’s Self- Defense Seminars:

This is self-defense for women, taught by women! Women have different muscular structures than men and therefore we sometimes have to adapt our techniques to work with our strengths. Many self-defense techniques taught by men are not easily and effectively executed by women. This is why we created this program.
